Artistic Policy


Core artists are selected using the following criteria:

Innovation: the degree of innovation of their ideas, how far their vision progresses artistic form, ideas and style.
Uniqueness: the unique and original qualities of their work - spirit or emotional appeal.
Vision: the artist's own strong vision for where they want to be in three years.
Touring potential: the extent to which the artistic vision suits touring contexts.
Legacy: the ongoing benefit to the artist, the group or the company and the extent to which Performing Lines WA can encourage continuity or foster greater creativity.
Capacity: the extent to which their artistic vision can be achieved within our combined resources.
