resist: the right to revolution
What is really worth fighting for?
Tactical media art group pvi collective resurrect the ancient art of tug-of-war in their new physically interactive performance resist: the right to revolution. Armed with a length of rope and our human rights at stake, you are invited to stand up for what you believe in. Over the course of seven days pvi and its audience of battle ready champions propose a radical foundation for a bill of rights for Australia.
Meanwhile hooked up via a video link and screened live into the performance space, a lone revolutionary mounts a guerrilla campaign on the city streets testing our new world order.
resist is both playful and drop dead serious in its intentions. It's time to make your mind up and pick a side.
